The short version

Display Verdict has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set cookies.

What is stored in your browser

If you switch between light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key dv-theme so it persists between visits. It never leaves your device. The monitor finder and comparison tool keep your choices in the page address only, so you can share them if you want.

Hosting

The site is served by a static hosting provider. Like any web server, it may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information in server logs to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.

Amazon links

When you follow a “Check price on Amazon” link, you leave this site. Amazon may use cookies to attribute a purchase to our affiliate account, and Amazon's own privacy notice applies on its site.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or other services, we will update this page before they go live.
