G-SYNC Pulsar is a motion-clarity technology, not a panel type. All four launch models use a 27-inch 1440p 360Hz IPS panel and pulse the backlight in sync with variable refresh rate. NVIDIA describes the result as over 1,000Hz of “effective motion clarity”; that is a perceived-blur comparison, not a physical refresh rate.
