Quick verdict
The AW2725DF was TFTCentral's favorite 27-inch OLED when it launched, with 0.49 ms response, 0.71 ms lag, bright colorful HDR (about 1,060 nits in Peak 1000 mode), and a cleaner semi-glossy coating than WOLED rivals of its time. It remains a fast, capable monitor.
Newer 480Hz to 540Hz models have overtaken it, and TFTCentral found its HDMI port is actually 2.0, limited to 144Hz and to 4K 60Hz from consoles. It also lacks USB-C, KVM, speakers, and many OLED care controls. Buy it only at a clear discount.

TFTCentral measured about 268 nits SDR without ABL dimming and about 1,060 nits in HDR Peak 1000 mode, with excellent sRGB accuracy.
